“ UPDATED REVIEW: After the review, they contacted me and took care of having my cake ready for Sunday, January 25. I appreciate them reaching out and resolving the issue. I contacted the business on Wednesday, January 21, to inquire about a honey cake. I was informed that they sell the cake as a whole (with preorder required) for $60, or by the slice for $8.99. I then asked whether the cake was made fresh, and was told that they work with suppliers who prepare it fresh. I requested to preorder a whole cake for Saturday, January 24, but did not receive a response. Since the cake requires preordering, I followed up to confirm availability rather than wait too long. I received a reply on Friday stating that the honey cake would not be available until Sunday, and that I would be notified if anything changed. I replied asking whether I could pick up the cake on Sunday but received no response. On Saturday, January 24, I followed up once more to ask the same question. My message was read, but I did not receive a reply. Unfortunately, the lack of communication came across as unprofessional. This would have been my first experience with this business, but the poor responsiveness left a negative first impression. I won’t be supporting this business. ”

“ So glad I stopped in! I'm in Spruce Grove for the day and was in the mood for a London Fog tea. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff were super nice, and I loved the food. Along with my tea, I got a Korean Corn dog, which I'd been meaning to try for a long time and it was so good, great flavor, crisp, and just generally great. I also splurged on their Caramel Carrot Cake, so was sooooo decadent, I ended up taking thr rest home in an to-go container. Highly recommended! ”

“ We had early afternoon drinks and light snacks. Drinks were a Black Forest Mocha, a latte and a cappuccino. Snacks were a whoopee pie, a bacon/egg muffin, and a pizza pretzel. Service, food and drinks were very good. The interior is cozy, but not opulent. We recommend stopping in if you're in the area. ”

“ 2025 update Have tried almost everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. A wide variety of flavors available that can all be customized with various toppings. I just tried the new Halo Halo Cannot recommend it enough. Light sweetness. Starts of coconut then mixes with the fruit a somehow becomes even better. I cannot recommend BTCL enough. Highly recommend the seasonal menus! ”
